Getting SFEE’s message across in Brussels
Award winning, global public affairs consultancy Interel and Rollerdeck Associates combined forces to support the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE) in organizing a policy debate at the European Parliament, to discuss the future of the Greek Healthcare system, within the context of the current acute financial crisis.
The event was held on January 25th and received a unique cross-party support from MEP Dimitrios Papadimoulis (GUE/ NGL, GR), Georgios Kyrtsos (EPP, GR) and Eva Kaili (S&D, GR).
It was a first class opportunity for SFEE to engage into a high level dialogue with relevant stakeholders -officials, experts and academics from the Greek Ministry of Health, DG SANTE, LSE and OECD- as well as get its message across, highlighting the pressing need for targeted structural reforms to strengthen the Greek Healthcare system, and to continue ensure patients access, to further develop opportunities for growth and employment via clinical research and collaborations between national and international pharma companies.
